WinTid is a comprehensive time registration and workforce management system. Integration Overview The eADM WinTid integration is designed to export users and departments directly into the WinTid time registration system. The integration ensures data consistency by matching existing objects in the target system based on the EmployeeId attribute in WinTid.

Integration Delivery Process

When delivering the WinTid integration, Identum handles all the complex background configuration within eADM to establish a secure data flow to your time registration system. Your primary responsibility as a customer is simply to ensure data hygiene within your source HR or identity systems before we activate the sync. Once your organizational and employee data are verified, Identum will test and then enable the automated synchronization of users and departments based on the attribute mappings detailed below, ensuring WinTid remains perfectly aligned with your eADM records.

Customer Prerequisites (Pre-work)

Before Identum can activate the integration, the customer must ensure the following data requirements are met within their source systems:

  • Departments: The organizational structure must have the correct value populated in the orgunitnr attribute to successfully match with existing departments in WinTid.

  • Users: All personnel records must have the correct employee number populated in the employeeid attribute.

Please also forward the following settings to us:

  • API URL

  • API Username

  • API Password

Once the above has been completed, we can start the delivey.
